Portuguese League players that could be on way out, when January transfer window opens.

The January transfer window is less then two months away and we take a look at potential players in the Portuguese League that could be on their way out of Portugal when the window officially opens and their potential suitors.






Cedric Soares (Sporting)


The right back has garnered interest from some of the bigger league clubs in Europe and has a great season on the flank for Sporting. Santos also currently holds the starting right back position for the National side since Fernando Santos took over.


Value: €12 to €15 million


Potential Clubs: Everton (England), Arsenal (England), B. Dortmund (Germany)


Anderson Talisca (Benfica)


The forward has been on fire in his first season with Benfica, he currently leads the Portuguese league in scoring and has garnered interest from some of Europes big clubs. He has recently been called to Brazil's Nationa squad.


Value: €25 to €35 million


Potential Clubs: Chelsea (England), Arsenal (England), Man United (England)


Jackson Martinez (FC Porto)


The striker has been a goal machine since arriving at Porto and has been on the radar of many of Europe's top teams. Porto looks just about ready to cash in but would want a hefty price tag to pry him from the club.


Value: €20 to €30 million


Potential Clubs: Tottenham (England), Liverpool (England), B. Dortmund (Germany)





William Carvalho (Sporting)


The young midfielder was one of the best players in the Portuguese league and capped off his season by making his debut for the National side. He would have been gone already if clubs where willing to meet Sporting's asking price.


Value: €25 to €35 million


Potential Clubs: Liverpool (England), Monaco (France), Man United (England)


Rafa Silva (Braga)


The attacking midfielder has already made his debut in Portugal's National side and unless one of the big three in the league make a pitch for him, he will be on the move at some point in the next year and as early as this January.


Value: €10 to €14 million


Potential Clubs: Southhampton (England), Schalke (Germany), Bayer Leverkusen (Germany)


Enzo Perez (Benfica)


Last seasons player of the year in the Portuguese league is a player that garners a tonne of interest across Europe. The play making midfielder has the ability to change a game all on his own, with fine display of skill and creativity.


Value: €20 to €30 million


Potential Clubs: Valencia (Spain), Man United (England), Manchester City (England)


Sturgeon (Belenenses)


The U21 Portuguese International has caught the eye of many clubs in Europe with his fine form not only for the U21 but for his current club. The cash strapped Lisbon club could gain to make a good profit by selling the youngster when the transfer window opens.


Value: €2 to €4 million


Potential Clubs: Liverpool (England), Udinense (Italy), Man United (England)
