Academica add to Belenenses misery

Academica have added to Belenenses' misery as they handed the cellar dwellers another loss. Academica took only 23 minutes to take a 2-0 lead in the game over the home side on goals by Vouho and Berger. Belenenses got one back in the second half to cut the lead in half on a Yontcha marker but it was as close as they would get losing 2-1. Belenenses have not won in the Portuguese League since Week 2 action and will need to do so if they hope to avoid relegation this season as they sit five points behind the safe zone. Academica sit now in 11th place in the league after the victory.
